As the Regional Champion for the North West with Women in Estate Agency (WiEA), I am honoured to support and uplift the incredible women in our region. WiEA is a collective voice for change, dedicated to empowering women in the property industry by sharing real stories, personal experiences, and providing tools and advice to harness individual strengths and lead with authenticity.

In my role, I aim to foster a supportive community where women can connect, share insights, and inspire one another. Recently, we organized a networking event at All Bar One in the Trafford Centre, bringing together women from various backgrounds in estate agency to share experiences and build meaningful connections. Such gatherings are vital for personal and professional growth, offering a platform to discuss challenges and celebrate successes.

The theme for WiEA in 2025 is “The Power of You,” encouraging members to embrace their authentic selves and recognize their unique strengths. This initiative aligns with my commitment to support women in our region, as I believe that embracing individuality leads to unparalleled success and fulfilment.

I encourage all women in the North West’s estate agency sector to join our community, participate in events, and engage with our supportive network. Together, we can drive positive change, support each other’s journeys, and continue to elevate the presence and impact of women in our industry.
